AZ Alma Eeklo

In March 2017, AZ Alma-a Belgian hospital in the city of Eeklo, finished their new building successfully. Amano was selected to provide, install and maintain all parking equipment for the three out of four parkings who, alltogether, can accomodate over 1,100 cars.

In order to meet all requirements, additional technology was installed on top of the default Xparc field devices. Entries and exits are equipped with height detection to open barrier gates automatically for  ambulances, suppliers  and public transport. Space counting technology indicates the number of available spaces in both the visitor and staff parking and a special entry for buses makes the hospital easily accessible to everyone.
